With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder Toby Nemec brings together big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. Toby sets the tone for everything we do.
Born and raised in West Marin, Toby brings over 30 + years of building experience, along with a strong eye for detail and a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
He draws on long-standing relationships with skilled local craftsmen and women, supporting the local community while ensuring each project is built with care.
Toby plays a central role in keeping projects moving - translating between clients, architects, and trades, and making sure all the moving parts stay aligned. He balances the vision and goals of the homeowner with the expertise of the professional team, carrying each project through to a well-executed finish.

Christina Chin-Nemec, Co-Founder and Partner, supports project management, development, layout and interior design, as well as the day-to-day operations of the company.
With a background in graphic design and Ayurvedic medicine, she brings a thoughtful, holistic perspective to how a home is experienced. She believes that well-designed spaces can support balance, comfort, and overall well-being - enhancing not just how a home looks, but how it feels to live in.
